Support and Key Services
Identify, Locate, and Organize Essential Documents

What We Do
Key Papers helps individuals and families prepare, organize, and maintain essential personal, financial, legal, medical, and digital information so it is readily available during emergencies, life transitions, or whenever assistance is needed.

Organize Essential Documents
Such as insurance policies, billing accounts, account numbers, online portal access, two-factor authentication details, trusted contacts, and Power of Attorney information.

Manage Health & Medical Information
Including physician contacts, prescription records, medical history, HIPAA waivers, advance directives, Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) orders, and organ donation preferences.

Track Digital Accounts
Securely documenting usernames, passwords, and authentication methods for financial, email, and social media accounts.

Daily Money Management
Bills are reviewed, tracked, and paid on time, helping eliminate the stress of late fees and missed obligations. Subscriptions and memberships are regularly monitored and evaluated to identify unnecessary or unwanted expenses. Issues with utilities, subscriptions, memberships, automatic payments, and vendor disputes are also managed and resolved on your behalf.
What is a Daily Money Manager?
A Daily Money Manager (“DMM”) provides trusted, personalized support in managing everyday financial matters, bringing organization, care, and confidentiality so individuals and families can enjoy greater peace of mind knowing the details are taken care of.

What We Don't Do
We do not provide legal advice or prepare legal documents or contracts.
We don’t provide investment advice or investment recommendations. We do work alongside your financial advisor by keeping your financial information and records organized and up to date, helping them better understand your overall financial picture.
We do not prepare tax returns. We do, however, support your accountant by keeping your financial records accurate, organized, and properly categorized—helping make the tax preparation process smoother and more efficient.
